CHALLENGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS  

After you purchase the program you will receive an email with instructions on how two download the app.  Once you’ve downloaded the "truecoach" app, you will be assigned to your program within 24-48 hours.  You will then have full access to the program within the app where all of your workouts can be viewed/logged.  All workouts are uploaded to the app on a weekly basis. Video Demonstrations for every exercise so there’s no guessing on how to execute the movement properly, I do it with you! I get bored really fast so each month we add new exercise variations to promote a new stimulus for physiological adaption and fun!
